Just splurged on some train tickets home for a holiday visit. Train > Bus. This is true ALWAYS, but usually you’ve gotta do whatchu gotta do. Looking forward to blurry views like this while I dream of sugar plums and the like.

Off to visit some family in Richmond, VA. While NYC has a few days of relief from 90 degree weather, I’ll be enjoying it elsewhere.

The weather the last few days in NYC reminds me of late autumn in the Netherlands. Cold & rainy. But unlike New York, Kasteel Well still managed to be charming all of the time, even during miserable weather.
